Natural gas prices built on yesterday's gains, as news of the EIA's report showing production declines works its way through markets.
The NYMEX prices for June natural gas prices settled up 3.57 percent at $2.37 on Tuesday.
Chesapeake and Halliburton led drillers at 7 percent and 2.5 percent respectively.
Oil was also higher at 1.12 percent to reach $106.03.
